How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime in from your account or you can send us an email at info@keanto.com, at least 2 days before the renewal is initiated.
What is a consult?
A mental health consultation is like a chat with a supportive pro who's here to help with whatever's on your mind. It's a safe space to talk about your feelings and challenges, without judgment.
How do I buy an e-book from your website?
Buying an e-book from our website is easy! Simply browse our selection of e-books, click on the one you want to purchase, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transaction securely.
What is your delivery time?
Order before 16:00 for same day shipping on weekdays. We will notify you when your order has been sent, look out for a confirmation email from our shipping partner.
I need to make a change to my subscription, what shall I do?
Any changes to your subscription (product switches, frequency changes, shipping address, payment method, etc.) can be done directly from your account.
Who can benefit from a consult?
Anyone who's feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, or just needs someone to talk to can benefit from a mental health consultation. Whether it's big stuff or small stuff, we're here to listen and help.
Can I read e-books purchased from your website on any device?
Yes, our e-books are designed to be compatible with a wide range of devices, including tablets, smartphones, and computers. Once you purchase an e-book from our website, you'll receive instructions on how to download and access it on your preferred device.
When will I receive the refill of my subscription?
The refill pouches for your subscription will be dispatched monthly on the same date. For instance, if your initial order was sent on January 10th, subsequent refill pouches will be dispatched on February 10th, March 10th, and so forth. This ensures a continuous monthly supply of your subscribed product, ensuring you receive each refill before the previous one is depleted.
Are the refill bags sustainable?
Yes, the pouches + the labels are recycled and sustainable.
What can I expect from a consult?
During your consultation, we'll talk about what's been going on in your life and how you've been feeling. It's a chance to share openly and work together to find ways to feel better.
How do I download my purchased e-book?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link for your e-book. Simply click on the link to download the file to your device. If you encounter any issues, our customer support team is here to help.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking link from our shipping partner. This link enables you to track the status and location of your order through the shipping partner's website.
Am I able to switch between products?
Yes, go to 'manage subscriptions' on your account page and press swap to switch between products
How long does a consult last?
Most consultations last about 45 minutes to an hour, but we can adjust the time based on what works best for you. Whether you need a quick chat or a longer session, we're here to support you.
Can I share the e-books I buy from your website with others?
Our e-books are for personal use only and cannot be shared or distributed to others. Each e-book purchase is licensed for use by a single individual and may not be reproduced or transmitted in any form without prior authorization.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge. For orders requiring delivery outside the Netherlands, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All subscriptions orders are free of charge.
I have too much product. Can I change my order frequency?
Of course, you can. You can skip you order or you can amend the frequency of your deliveries on your account page. Is the frequency you prefer not an option, send us an email at info@keanto.com and we'll help you out.
Is a consult confidential?
Absolutely. Your privacy is super important to us. Everything you share during your consultation is kept strictly confidential.
Do you offer refunds for e-book purchases?
Due to the digital nature of e-books, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on e-book purchases. We encourage you to read the book description and any available previews before making your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.
How will you ship my order?
Within the Benelux we ship your order with PostNL or DHL.
I am going away. Can I pause my subscription?
Absolutely. You can change your next charge date or amend your order frequency for up to 3 months by accessing your account. Alternatively, email us at info@keanto.com and we'll be happy to assist.
How often should I schedule an appointment?
It depends on your needs and what feels right for you. Some like to chat weekly, while others prefer less frequent sessions. We'll work together to find a schedule that works best for you.
Can I gift an e-book to someone else?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option to gift e-books directly from our website. However, you can purchase an e-book for yourself and then share it with a friend or family member as a gift.
How does your return policy work?
Should you wish to initiate a return, please notify us within 14 days from the date of receiving your order by sending an email to info@keanto.com. Upon notification, we will promptly provide you with the shipping address for the return. Please note that products must remain unopened and unused for us to accept the return. What if I need to change the address on my plan?
You can do so by accessing your account or by contacting us at info@keanto.com and we’ll take care of your request.

How do I access my purchased e-books after I've downloaded them?
Once you've downloaded your e-book, you can access it on your device's e-reader app or software. Simply open the app or software, locate the downloaded file, and start reading! If you need assistance with accessing your e-book, our support team is here to help.
Why do you offer products in refill packaging for subscribers?
The main reason for refill pouches for subscribers is that this will cut the average package weight by 75%, which translates to a significant reduction in carbon footprint in addition to the reduction of packaging waste.
Can I purchase a product without a subscription?
Yes, by opting for the one-time purchase at the product page.
