    You can cancel your subscription anytime in from your account or you can send us an email at info@keanto.com, at least 2 days before the renewal is initiated.

  • I need to make a change to my subscription, what shall I do?

    Any changes to your subscription (product switches, frequency changes, shipping address, payment method, etc.) can be done directly from your account.

  • Are the refill bags sustainable?

    Yes, the pouches + the labels are recycled and sustainable.

  • Am I able to switch between products?

    Yes, go to 'manage subscriptions' on your account page and press swap to switch between products

  • I have too much product. Can I change my order frequency?
